This is fine - no problems with this - it's what's wrong with THAT that is worrying me ...

The "w" in "what" isn't capitalized, there needs to be an apostrophe between the "t" and the "s" in the word "what's", and the whole thing would sound better if you asked "What's wrong with this sentence?"
