the bankruptcy however the original holder was included. Meeting of trustees is on it's way can i still make any changes?
will i be responsible to pay the new servicing company?

No. When the new servicing company contacts you, just tell them the loan is included in your bankruptcy. You'll probably get yet another new servicing company when you inform them of the bankruptcy.

Also, tell your lawyer about this new company.

Just recently filed chapter 7 and my 2nd mrtg was sold to another servicing company which was not included in?

You can file an ammedment form to include the new company. If you don't, the new company may not be covered under the bankruptcy.
