And then eventually get too see or meet their spouse..... and the spouse was totally different from what you expected they would be or look like?

Yes!!! This lady I know is so snooty, always dressed in high fashion and drives a BMW. When I finally met her husband he was the biggest redneck. I'm talking permed mullet and all. Totally not what I was expecting.

Totally. Now don't get the wrong idea cause I really liked this guy, he was a very nice person. But he was big and kind of doofy. Not the brightest bulb. When I met his wife, I was floored. She was very pretty and well spoken. They just seemed so vastly different. I just true love conquers all.

Absolutely! All the time at my kids school and pre-school. You know the mothers really well but when you meet the fathers its like . . . . . hey? They don't seem to be a good match. But obviously they must be well suited.
They probably think the same thing about me and my husband!

I got embarrassed at work many years ago when I was driving 18 wheel trucks. One of my load dispatchers was a lady and I always gave her a hard time or joked with her.
One day she handed the phone to her husband while I was jabber jawing and he cleared his throat and I knew I was busted. He was also a dispatcher and I never knew they were married.

Yea, my husband and I. We are absolutely and completely opposite. He is mexican and i'm white, but i'm called napkin by my family because i'm so white. People say the same things about us. He is more like a wet mop and i'm the fun one. But he is 12 years older than me to.
