as long as Uwe Boll stays the hell away from any of them I totally agree with DMC, there were talks about a DMC anime some time ago, I don't know how that went.
I think that the Splinter Cell series would do well
Bioshock has a very unique story and would be quite interesting to see
I'd love to see more Final Fantasy movies (Advent children style)

Yeah, I have to agree with a few other people. God of War, Grand Theft Auto and Metal Gear Solid would make great movies.
But I also think that Jak and Daxter, Ico, and Shadow of the Colossus would be awesome movies.

God of War because the game itself is a cinematic experience. The camera angles are interesting the story is engaging, and the music is great...
Resident Evil (if anyone could manage to do it correctly) and
Silent Hill 2 (I think the second installment would work better as a movie than the first)

if you wanna go old school i would say an old ps1 game called legend of dragoon its similar to final fantasy and it was 4 discs long and its still my favorite game to this day
