when im bankruptcy Can i apply for class 3 driving licence?

i wanna no who to contact,will i be charge under bankruptcy act?wat should i do,cos i intend to apply for driving licence nand i duno wat to do????

Bankruptcy has nothing to do with getting a drivers license. Hopefully you will not need to write out any answers on the test.
