I'm going with both of your answers. Definitely stoned but I wouldn't sit next to either unless my sober bum was in the driver's seat. Thanks for asking!!!

The drunk would have the leans and swerves. The stoned would just be going slower, so I vote 4 the stoned, as I wouldnt be next to them for long.

I shouldn't be behind the wheel of a car,driving any where....considering I'm legally blind in my right eye,and can't see out of my left. So,I'm probably a bigger danger to society than the drunk driver,and the stoned one. So if for some strange reason I found myself actually driving a "real car" instead of a video game one it wouldn't matter what the other drivers had been injesting or injecting,or smoking. I'd probably run into them. ~~~

If I absolutely needed to be in a car with someone full of a substance, weed would be a better choice than alcohol. Weed makes people aware of their surroundings, and they usually drive slow and carefully. A drunk person could fall asleep at the wheel, speed excessively, etc., and has a far greater chance of getting into an accident.
I'm with you, though, I'd rather be driving with someone completely clean and sober.

I'd rather be driving next to someone who's stoned. Because when you get around drunk people they tend to embarrass you. Whereas people that are stoned just sick back and chill

Drinking and driving don't mix. It is illegal on the first place, but I never heard a case of someone driving stoned and being jailed !! (maybe I'm wrong)
I would no be seated to neither, but to chose, I'll chose stoned (don''t have to smell the bad breath during the ride).

Anyone who drives drunk or stoned is stupid. If I had to choose it would depend on how stoned or drunk the person is.
