What specifically defines or is considered Cheating? Are cheating and infidelity the same thing?

Cheating and infidelity are defined by the couple. But if you would like a good general rule try this one on for size...

If you wouldn't do it in front of your spouse/GF/BF then you probably shouldn't be doing it at all.

an inappropriote relatioship, sexually or emotionally, with someone other than your mate... cheating is the same as infidelity
