Because 90 to 95% of the population are jerks. And that is the problem a person like Yidiot admits to having 7 accounts but YAHOO does nothing about it.

I usually get reported when I ask a question at polls and surveys. I don't know who is doing it. Yahoo or a lifeless troll.
