I just came back from my daily workout. I stretch as hard as I can to start, then go running as fast as I can until I feel like passing out and throwing up. Then I stretch again. I have been doing this for two years and am 13. I went to the bathroom when I got back, and I could see blood on my underwear. Not period blood! I don't start for two more weeks. It feels different. And it's scarce. Did I break my hymen? Now what? HELP!!

I very much doubt that you have broken your hymen. You would need to have fallen on your bottom hard to have broken through being 'Jolted'. Strenuous exercise in itself would very rarely lead to it being broken.
It may just be some mid-menstrual spotting.

It's possible. Look at yourself... do you look physically different down there?

Also, when you work out hard (it sounds like do you) or are an athlete, it can throw off your period. Make sure you are eating healthy to keep your body in shape.

I admire your work out ethic, but don't run yourself sick!

If it continues past tonight, you may want to talk to your mom/grandma to make sure you are okay.

You probally did tear it a little but not break it. Most girls tear the hymen before the frist time they have sex. with extream sports or stretching. I had a tear in mine from jumping of a driving broad. just tell your mom or doc.

It might be spotting, or you might have broken your hymen. Either way, you're fine. You're not a bottle of tylenol that needs a freshness seal!
