My alarm clock plays the Quantum Leap theme song in MIDI. If my heart skips a beat, it's only due to the anticipation of watching Scott Bacula give another stellar performance. Not to mention Dean Stockwell, a master thespian himself.

Oh! You said alarm clock on TV!!! Curse you ADD!

I have a split second sense of doom.....

..... In reality I have 3 alarm clocks: my alarm clock, my cell phone, an my birds.... I leave the cage top open so at first light they shoot out and fly around the room squawking... Awww. I would not have it any other way..... hmmm .... I wonder why I am still single....

I hate alarm clocks and have bashed several in my life time. Tough to pick up the TV though...hmmmm...

Also a phone ringing or a siren from an emergency vehicle, glass breaking, and other sudden noises when I am in the other room and can't see the TV.
Needless to add, I almost never have the idiot-box on.

yes those damn mattress commericials. i swear i feel like im waking up all over again. but thankfully now i switched to a cd stereo alarm, so i dont have to hear that buzzing

yes most definitely. It gives you that sense of morning and in my case worry because I am always running late for everything so i know when i get up i have to rush. Why not get up earlier you may ask? Precious minutes of sleep i tell you!!!

No, but a police siren in a song on the radio makes me always look in my rearview mirror...I HATE THAT!!!
