Like what year did a lot of good things happen, or one AWESOME thing happen?

Well 2001 was my worst year (my grandfather died, my dad lost his job, 9/11) but 2000 was my best year because I got married, had the best wedding + honeymoon, it was the last time I saw my whole family together at Christmas, and I got accepted into Medical School.

Right now I'd have to say this year has been the best. I met the man of my dreams and life is going great. No fights, no problems.
But the day I brought my first son home from the hospital, wrapped in my arms, well, emotionally, that was my best. But only that ONE day, not the whole year.(1974)

1972...that is the year that I was born a female, and a United States citizen.
That automatically made me one of the luckiest people in the world. :-)
