I want to make a book for a someone special, where do i go

If you want to make a single copy of a book, it's no trick at all. Use your computer. When you get it printed, take it to Kinko's and have it bound.
If you want to write a book for publication, it's much harder and a lot more time consuming and must be a real work of love because you won't get paid much for all that work.

Kinkos can make a single book for you and bind it. Pax- C
