I know it may sound crazy but I like to hit the gym and sweat as much as possible...
Bubble baths do well too... Work even better when done on the same day...
A pedicure and I am mush in the chair... Can't imagine what a full body massage would do to me! LOL! Now that sounds like a plan...
I also enjoy getting away from it all with hubby and kids... Where I don't have to cook or clean... Just shower and go and eat what ever and have fun... Sigh, this cant get here soon enough... It is long over due....

I hike up to this wooded area thats down the road from. Its quiet, and peaceful and it helps me collect my thoughts.
I also read, Dean Koontz is a favorite author of mine and I'm usually reading one of his books. In addition to reading I like to write. In my teens, I played around with poetry and now in my adulthood I'm playing around with writing fiction for fun.
Additionally, I spend time with my friends. We'll fish, hike, shop, eat out, or just hang out.
I listen to music frequently. Whatever my mood is, I'll play something that reflexs it.
Lastly, I spend time with my brother, my nieces, and my nephew. In fact, today I went fishing with my brother. I caught a buegill and a small grass carp. I had a nice 10-12 pound carp hooked but it somehow managed to get the hook off the line.
