That would be amazing. A time when things were really new and there was a sexual and cultural revolution going on. Things weren't taken for granted and people didn't leave the house wearing sweatpants and wife-beaters. Kids didn't come home and stuff candy bars down their throat and play on line gaming. chairs were still made of wood and people read books. Now is scummy. Oh I was born in the wrong time.

I would love to spend a few days, but not a lifetime. It was glamorous, dazzling, and rebelious. It was the generation of flappers and the era of jazz. Prohibition led to "speak easys" and lovwer backlines. My great grandmother adored it (She's 106! She was a true flapper) However, The Roaring 20's were followed by The Great Depression and as we all know...that wasn't fun. I don't know, I enjoyed the Great Gatsby and I still love Chicago but I don't think I could live without everything I'm used to. Great topic!

Yes, I would love it. I'm a tap dancer and can dance just like Renee Zellwigger in "Chicago." I think 3 days would be just about enough. I wouldn't want to live without fast food, hot showers, air conditioning, hair color, etc. for too long. I do think it would be fun for a few days. And how about some bathtub gin? Or a Speakeasy? Or smoking with those long black cigarette holders? And I do like stockings but I wouldn't roll them down and rouge my knees. That would be going too far. I would buy some aspirin down at United Drug though. What a fun question.

It would be interesting to experience it. Not sure I'd want to stay there, but I would definitely want to visit.

Heck no. No booze, no tv, and cars that had to be crank-started? Doesn't sound like a lot of fun to me.
