I always try to star the avatar games. because I think they are fun and from what I undertand the gamer? stands a chance of being deleted for starting the games so it is just a tiny reward for taking the chance.

The avatar games and stars thing...It's for the simple minded users that doesn't have to worry about losing a account for too many violations or have a serious question to ask..and for why they beg for stars is beyond me, it's a violation too for soliciting others for any purpose.
