We're an unsigned band who was just offered a deal for a remix to be made of our song. The problem is, the DJ is in a club in Berlin. We have a contract that we made written up, but we obviously can't have him sign it and through mail. How can we make a contract that is legally binding internationally.

Sure, you can have him sign it and mail it back.

The problem is the ability to enforce it -- and where you define the laws to apply (your local law or German law).
