Very easily, in fact, almost too easily. My reality yesterday was very grim and I got sick of it and decided that wasn't for me so I did work on myself and energy work to change it. My reality today is filled with joy, happiness and possibility.

Ever have a long day or a short day? Well....how is that so if reality cannot be altered? Isn't time supposed to be part of reality? Then how can we have a quick moving day and a slow one in the same amount of hours? The answer is that you're perceiving it differently which literally changes it!!

What can be altered is one's perception of reality, which is by the way the only way to observe reality. So the answer is "yes and no".

i believe life is like living a dream. You change it the way you need to to survive. so yes life can be altered according to how one sees it to be fit in their own mind.
