I had horrible headaches when pregnant. But was worried about what all I could take. The over the counter stuff did not work, and I would have to take so much that it was almost overdosing. So instead of that option, I talked to the dr. They put me on Fioricet. Gave me the whole 'dont take more then such and such speech'. But it was the only med that would help. But on a side note. When I found out I was pregnant, I cut back on my caffeine intake by about 90% and that added to the headaches. So I would also try drinking a coke and that would help sometimes. Plus the Fioricet is mostly caffeine -so it makes since

I know exactly how you feel - i had headaches every day for 7 months!!
The only thing you can do is take paracetomol. You've got these headaches most probably because of your hormones being out of control - but make sure you mention it to your doctor as possibly could also be related to blood pressure

I had migraines only when pregnant. I did the tylenol and also a little caffeine to head them off. Caffeine is actually an ingredient in some migraine meds.

It ok to take tylenol. Head aches are very common in pregnancies, its the hormones in your body changing. If they are to the point where its constant and no matter what you do, it wont go away, then see your dr.

headaches are very common during pregnancy all you can take is tylenol, but a luke warm bath with a warm wash cloth over my eyes always seemed to help mine.

You can try tylenol, and eat more protein. I had the same problem, asked the doc, and she said eat more protein. I did, and they went away. Keep yourself well hydrated and eat more foods that are high in protein and lower in fat. Good Luck!
