"Suzi q" is correct. A female stops growing in height between 17 and 20 as it varies from person to person.
As for your breast size -- They will vary in size depending on your age, whether you are pregnant or nor, whether you are breast feeding or not, and they even vary minutely on a monthly basis depending on which stage of your menstrual cycle. It also varies depending on your weight.
It is always prudent to check your bras size and strap placements and length regularly so as not to cause shoulder and back pains etc.

You'll probably meet your maximum height in your late teens. The bra size can be affected at any time because of weight or pregnancy.
