I have had too many students get 100 % on their home work and an F on their test. If they are smart they should have gone over the how to and not just the answer.

I think tips are better because then its easier to find the answer and then you can understand what your learning better. Also getting the answer is great too because then you don't have to do the work and it'll save you lots of time!!!
