Because the American people are the idiots. Most Americans want to leave, nevermind the consequences of what that means. He has spoken over and over again about what the affact of that would be but Americans don't care. We only worry about the death count. Don't get me wrong, I do, but believe me, if we leave, we will all regret that decision. Giving Iran control of Iraq and the terrorists an entire country to play god in is not a good idea.
