You are completely allowed to work out while pregnant-even encourage most of the time. Start now-and if you end up pregnant keep going and let your doctor know. He will let you know what to look out for and what you can and can't do and when. The more you do prior the more you can do during-most don't like you introducing new exercises after you are pregnant like weight lifting-but for yoga and stuff-it is generally always a go.

Was cellulite a problem before you got pregnant, or are you only now having a problem with your image? Were you working out before you got pregnant? If not, please talk to your doctor before beginning. I think walking is the best exercise for pregnant women, and that will bring down the cellulite.

Yes but not to the extreme, do it under the supervision of a doctor as extreme workouts can cause miscarriage

you can but you better ask the dr first or you may want to do it after the first trimester so you are out of the initial danger period but excercise in pregnancy is very healthy for the baby and you unless it is a high risk pregnancy

This is up to your dr., but if you're healthy, I would think that you could do anything that is moderate and not overly jarring.

you should try swimming. it's low impact so you won't have the risk of hurting yourself or the baby.
