i would like my brother to be removed from the house (he already was taken out of the house because he hurt my mom and me and my sister) he was put on medicine and it seemed like he changed but he is back to his regular self.
if he is removed from the family again he will be gone for good and i think when he doesnt live with us life is easier for my family. he even liked it sort of.
i know many of you might say he cant be removed from the family but he's hurting me and its really hard to be in school at the same time. i want him out.
he is going to hurt my grades
and hes starting to hurt me. i want him gone and we have people watching him ready to take him out of the house but their not listening to me. i want my brother gone because hes choking me and stopping me from doing my work.
so im just wondering what do you think about this

i know what you are going through my sister was the same way i know it's hard and you are trying really hard to just plainly remove him from your past and i would NEVER admit this to any one but the truth is you can't you still have the memories and scars to prove that it really happened i know you aren't excpecting anyone to say this but you need to keep him out if you let him stay the more abuse you will have to endore physically you will look fine but i also know that mentally you are nothing but mush! you need to attempt to move on don't think about it you will find yourself crying yourself to sleep some nights and you will think the pain is to much to handle but it's not keep your head up and you will manage to find the light!! best of luck!!! supernatural goddess

Since you're still in school, I assume you're not the legal owner of the house. Only the legal owner can do that-and it can be a long process, unless he is caught actually committing a crime. Your mom has probably gone soft, and hesitates to sign papers. Since he was removed before, it shouldn't be that hard-but still, it has to be your mom who does it. I know how you feel...but, unless you're willing to press criminal charges against him, you really can't do much. Tell your mother how you feel NOW-don't wait until he hurts somebody, of you get in a fight. It sounds as if she is in just as much danger as you are. If you feel you are in immediate danger, call the police or child protective services. They may be able to intervene-or at least, reason with your mom.

get to the school and tell anyone that will listen they will com eget him he must not be taking meds now.
