why not take the bus to Wal Mart,
and buy yourself a coloring book,
make sure to color inside the lines,

It means that your teacher doesn't want to waste time trying to educate people who could care less about themselves and their education. She would rather you just not show up to her class at all, then come in and goof off and disrupt the people who are serious about being there.
She is also telling you that if you are stupid enough to leave school that you may as well go buy yourself a coloring book and make your only goal be coloring inside the lines because you won't stand much of a chance of really making something of yourself and your life unless you stay in school and get an education.

She's saying that it is your choice to be there and your choice to do well. The option is always out there to leave and not get a high school diploma and end up maybe not even able to color inside the lines. It may also mean that your life might end up being so bad that you cant even color in the lines...

Unfortunately your teacher was having a really bad day and did not use discretion when voicing her frustration. I think teachers regardless of their feelings should try to reach all kids even if they only touch one. I hope you don't allow this negativity to have an impact on your life unless it makes you want to try your very best to accomplish all your goals. Keep your head up and don't let the small stuff get to you.

It means that without an education, you will be able to do little more than use a coloring book or perform simple low-paying tasks.

It means that she isn't going to bust her butt to try and make you stay in class. your there on your own free will basically. however she is saying that if you do leave, good luck with your life that will get you know where but walmart.
