Earth won´t sink. So don´t worry about that. There isn´t anything the world can sink into.

If the worlds surface was perfectly smooth, however, the world would be covered with a global ocean 6000 feet deep. But that would mean the continents would have to sink. And that can´t happen because the continental crust is different in composition than the oceanic crust. Kind of like trying to make a piece of cork sink in water. And humanity would probably be able to cope with a global ocean. We would figure out ways to live on it and in it independently of solid ground.

There are many other ways that earth could become unlivable for humans. There have been many times in earths history when global catasprohes have come close to wiping out all life on earth. Should something happen today it could mean the end of humanity. Even if we new the world was coming to an end in a thousand years it could mean the end of us almost all of us. Because how do we move 6.3 billion people. With current technology we could maybe send 20 people per year to the ISS. We would have to figure out how to send millions of people into space per year, tens of thousands per day. So we´d better take care of this little planet for as long as we can. But even today 800 million live constantly on the edge of starvation so it´s been a long time since everything was ok on earth.

For anything to sink, it needs a liquid, earth doesnt float in a giant ocean, so it cannot sink, but if we continue the way we are now, the earth will become too polluted and we will have to live in domes forever, or we can fix the problem, but when the sun expands in like 5,000,000,000 years, we will either all die of have to mave, if we havent already

Well for every thing on the Earth to be OK we will have to stop fighting with each other, that would be the first big step.
Then there are the things that we have no control over, earth quakes Asteroids and Comets, then there is judgment day, but I don't know of any one on Earth that knows when that will take place, but I would be ready.
There is no reason to worry about what tomorrow brings, just live today the best you can, and let tomorrow take care of it's self.

No place for it to "sink" to - the Earth is not floating in a huge ocean or anything.
The Earth (like all the other astronomical objects in space) are free to move in space in any direction due to gravitational influences - there is no "up" or "down" in space.

So relax, there is no way the Earth could sink anywhere.

How can the earth sink ? Its floating in the waters of space and according to achimedes principle its very buoyant.
