Probably. My wife took a shower and had to wash her hair and bathe with laundry soap cause she forgot to bring her regular stuff with her when she went to take a shower.

No, but when I was about 14 I filled the dishwasher with liquid dish soap because we were out of the powder for the washer, and guess what happened?

We had terrazzo floors in the whole house....soap was flowing from the dishwasher all the way into the living room, and needless to say, it was like an ice rink, but really fun with a pair of socks on-

I usually run of out laundry soap first; so I have done laundry with many things. I do remember doing dishes with liquid Tide a couple of times. It worked out just fine.

Have you ever put liquid dish soap in a dish washer talk about an I love Lucy show the bubbles just kept coming and I was trying to wipe up fast so no one would see what i did. But I got caught because it came out onto the floor. bubbles everywhere

No! I think it would be quite different. if i washed the clothes with dishwashing soap it might ruin it, because they are used for different purposes. i don't think laundry detergent is anti-bacterial enough and you have to eat off the dishes again!!

Yes. And also did dirty laundry with dishwashing liquids when I ran out of

Once, but never again. It leaves a slimy slick feel on the dishes. Like there's still soap on it no matter how much you rinse. lol

yes, it feels really gritty. Dawn dish soap also works great on laundry.
