I'm only on my second period so I don't know really what's normal for me or how to deal with it. But right now I'm kind of dizzy and I have a small cramp and pain in my lower back. Is that all normal? What can I do to feel better?

Also I'm not big on taking any medication so I'd like to know other things I could do.

Ibuprofen works best for periods and cramping.

Yes, it's normal. Take a Midol or Tylenol. Go lay down with the heating pad or hot water bottle and put it on your tummy or under your back. That will help. Lots of women find walking a big help with cramps and aches.
