hate to say this but you made your bed sleep it in --- downsize your life style and i mean cut to the bone -- been nice having on answers but the computer and interent along with cell phone has to go -- stop charging and start paying and maybe just maybe in three to four years you will be a position to walk in a bank and get a loan!!!

If you have bad credit, you are not going to get a loan for $15K. You are just a target for every scammer and apparently you've fallen for the up front fee crap.

Frankly, you should take a close look at your finances and figure out ways to increase your income and decrease your expenses. There's a big difference between NEED and WANT. All the money you've wasted trying to get that loan for something you want, could have been put toward paying your bad debts and cleaning up your credit score.

Give up on that loan. Turn off the computer and go get a second job. Fix your credit history and save some money.
