I believe that women and men should be treated the same BOTH legally and socially.
This means Women should be treated equally disregarding gender and women should be entitled to get the same punishments as men if they commit a crime

I can't answer your question but I will give an unsolicited commentary.
I work in Male dominated engineering work I am male. I have seen a lot of woman talk about big about being equal or being discriminated against. I've also seen those same woman not do their fair share of the work. If someone even looks like they are flirting they file a sexual harassment suit. But than they tell dirty jokes, bat their eyelashes and act like helpless damsels. Lots of dumb guys will do anything they desire.
