when my pensi is erected it seem thiner tht when is half erected is it thiner or it looks thiner cause is longer?

Maybe your penis just doesn't grow in circumfrence. It's perfectly normal, and it doesn't shrink, it's just you're getting pretty big and proportions are deceiving.

When your penis is erect it is just stretched out more, so it will not be as fat. When you loose the erection, it will be fat again.
