All the while they claim the system isn't racist, yet at every opportunity they "darken" the photo.

The process is called "plea bargining". In the plea bargin M.V. agrees to enter a guilty plea for a reduced charge. It is ironic that you can see the racist media play without me making that assertion. You got racism out of this question on your own.

The "bargain" is that the prosecution agrees to give a lighter sentence when the accused pleads guilty. By entering into a plea bargain, Vick agreed to enter a guilty plea at his next hearing.

A plea bargain comes about when the accused PLEADS GUILTY to take a lower charge or sentence rather than face the JURY.

The Atlanta Falcons quarterback said through a lawyer Monday that he will plead guilty to federal dogfighting conspiracy charges, an admission that likely will mean prison time.

Seriously, take ALL this "racist" garbage and heave it in the dustbin. HE violated the law, he should pay the time.

IF you think the "system" is racist, become a criminal defense attorney, and then give me your honest opinion after doing THAT for 10 years.

you're in ordinary terms 0.5 ideal. there's a extensive quantity of racism in this u . s . a .. yet maximum people who have condemned mike vick are animal fanatics of all races, whilst maximum people who help him are die stressful soccer followers of all races. Even the main racist member of the Ku Klux Klan will probably say "unfastened MICHEAL VICK!!" if he occurs to be an Atlanta Falcons fan.

N****, please.....

Vick (inhuman piece of crap) pled guilty to a reduced charge. Get that? Reduced charge. Capiche? You savvy? If he had not pled guilty they would have enhanced the charge to include RICO violations and racketeering which would have gotten him even longer in jail than he's gonna get. It was pretty darn clever of him to not be so arrogant as to think he stood a snowball's chance in hell with a jury... I hadn't noticed any darkened photos of Vick. He seems pretty black to me anyway, no retouching necessary....Another dumbass cut from the same cloth as Mike Tyson. Had it all. Pissed it away. Stupid, stupid, stupid...
