Gordon Brown is prime minister of the United Kingdom , and why would he contribute anything to the U.S. The United Kingdom isn't part of the U.S.

Obviously you know the answer is Gordon Brown by now. He is a bit more skeptical of the United States than his predecessor Tony Blair. They both come from the same Labour Party in Parliament in the UK. Not that Iraq is the only topic of conversation these days but he is actually opposite on the role of the UK in Iraq as Tony Blair. He is working on troop reduction there but still concentrated on the efforts in Afghanistan.
