with lots of fans and TV coverage Why isn't college and minor league baseball as big?

Minor league is a farm system for the Bigs. If a player is good, he's brought up to the majors quickly, so the fans really don't have alot of time to see these guys on a consistent basis. As for the Colleges, I just can't get past that PING! of the aluminium bats. But the hardcore baseball fan wont care, he'll go just for the love of the game.

because we have The MLB and the NFL with much better players. True the minors and college football could hold some pro hopefuls, but america wants to see the pros of today.
