The funny bone isn't actually a bone at all. It's actually an unprotected nerve call the 'ulnar nerve' that runs between the two medial bones in your elbow joint. So, when you hit it on something, the jolt on that nerve sends a spasm down your arm not unlike a reflex, say, in your knee.

The colored part of your eye is called the 'iris' and is a muscle that contracts based on the amount of light in a given area. When the receptors in your retina measure the amount of light in the environment, your brain tells the iris to either open up or close the pupil (which is basically just a hole), to let in just the right amount of light that it takes for you to see. That's why when you're in the dark, and the lights come on, it bothers you, because your iris needs time to adjust.

Sorry, for the other two questions, I really can't help.

The "funny bone" is actally just a nerve that runs through your elbow between your humerus, radius, and ulna.

I want to clarify some of these responses. The humerus is NOT the funny bone! The humerus is the bone in your upper arm but the "funny bone" is not a bone, it is a nerve!

Foliage trees lose their leaves. Non-evergreens lose their leaves.

Iris?

Software

The funny bone is also known as the humerous ... ha ha.
Deciduous trees lose their leaves, Evergreens keep them.
The Iris is the coloured part of the eye. Its just muscles that dilate and contract so the pupils lets in more, or less light, depending on light conditions.
Computer games... software, i guess.
