I hear this all the time and In my opinion, it is totally false. I think married couples have much more sex than single couples, from personal experience and from what I've heard from friends. It is also a fact that was surveyed many times. So why is it that people think the opposite? I not only think married couples have more sex, but that they have better sex, because they are secure and relaxed and free to do "anything" they desire, without feeling embarrassed or weird. What do you all think?

Hmmm...Sophie, when I said that married couples feel comfortable doing "anything" together, I did not mean bringing in another person..lol. To me that's a sign of not being satisfied with only your partner.. My husband and I definitely don't need another person, we are almost too much to handle as it is.. Married 5 years!!

Only 5 times a week? Wow, that proves my opinion for at least the comparison between you and I..lol.. We average at least 10 a week, days off can average 5x's a day!!

I actually read somewhere that it's the opposite, since if you're married (or in a relationship) you have a partner already. I guess it depends on the person; some married couples no longer have sex for what ever reason, while some single people are on the pull all the time. I know for me, I definitely have more sex now that I'm married than I ever did while single!

It's not everyone's priority, for whatever reason. If they only need sex once a week and they're both cool with that then kudos. I need it daily, and all the women I've been in relationships with are the same way. Yuo have to be eye-to-eye when it comes to the bedroom; I don't do the "let's set aside some time next Friday and do it for a whole fifteen minutes" type.

It depends on the married couple if they sex drive is high,
with single people have sex also perhaps morning noon night and in between time.
If you are comfortabel with the person who you are involved with and they are mature and the both of you enjoy the same thing every thing is right.

I would think that married people or just long term couples would have more sex and somewhat better sex also then single people for the same reasons you stated.

I'm single and only have my own personal experience and what I have heard about marrieds.
Marrieds average two-three times a week at most.
I average five...could have more if I or my partners wanted more.
The description you gave for marrieds applies as well to us.
(oneboy/two girls) except we have seperate apartments/lives.

i think at times its true and at times it anit cause single ppl can go do what ever with who ever and have the security of knowing they will only see eachother again if they want to but some couples have more when they live together cause it is there and they dont have to worry bout finding someone but the longer u been married at times can make the appel go down cause eventually u run out of things to try
