Oscar the Grouch & the Cookie Monster. I liked Lamb Chops (although I don't remember all the characters & I liked Barney & Mr.Rogers.

I loved Elmo!! I had a whole collection of him. I also loved Barney. He was my obsession when I was little too because I loved the songs. Mr. Rogers Neighborhood was also awesome- him and his sweater. I liked them all

I was a big fan of (and to some degree, still am) of Ernie, for his snickering and ability to get under bert's skin all the time.
Everything else in the show scared me, except perhaps those plastic drinking cups which were animated to show their designs singing or playing together to promote racial harmony.
