There are some isolated quasi-states that haven't been involved in a war for a very long time, but, no, no nation has been untouched by war throughout it's history.
Though Switzerland is notoriously nutral in war, it is anything but pasifist. The nation was born in war, conquered by Napoleon, endured a minor civil war, and has a well-equipped military/militia that includes compulsary service.
New Zealand has had internal conflicts, both tribal before it was colonized, and between the Maiori and the British. New Zealanders participated on the side of England in a series of wars, even after gaining independence early in the 20th century.
Nova Scotia is a Canadian provence - Canada has been involved in plenty of warfare.
Antarctica is, indeed a land untouched by war. It's also virtually uninhabbited, which likely has something to do with it, and is not a state, being adminstered by treaty.

Although some countries try to maintain neutrality, they still keep diplomatic ties with countries that are at war. This also includes trade and communications. Since this can be used to fund wars even if the donator country is not an ally I think we are all touched by war, there's no escape until we can at least admit it. Great question.

Nova Scotia , is not a country , it is a province of Canada. Canada participates in most wars that USA is involved with.
