Remove wheel and tire.

Remove brake caliper bolts with a 3/8 allen wrench

Swing the brake caliper to the side, careful not to damage brake hose.

Remove the rotor, it will just slide off

Knock out old studs with a hammer

Slide new studs through the back of the hub

Install a couple of washers over the stud and run up a lug nut on it.

Tighten the lug nut until the end of the stud is flush with the hub

Reinstall rotor and brake caliper

Reinstall wheel and tire

Pump up the brakes with brake pedal before you try to drive it because they may be soft do to having the caliper off.

You don't need a bench press. A good whack with a hammer will pop them right out, then just insert the replacements through the back of the hub and use an open ended spare lug nut to pull it through.

A new hub for this car is $100 while the studs and nuts are a couple of bucks each. Go with just the studs. You will of course need to pull the rotors off to get at them on the front.

First you remove the wheel, the caliper & the rotor. Then you smack them squarely with a hammer to drive them out. You reinstall them by putting them through the hole, add a couple of washers then tighten them with the nut installed backwards so the flat edge hits the washers. Re-install all the parts and you are done. Be sure to pump the brakes before you drive.

They need to be pressed out with a bench press

If you are feeling brave you could put a crappy lugnut on there to protect the threads and hit it with a 5lb sledge.

I do believe if you bought the new hub assembly it will come with new studs installed. Might be cheaper and easier too.

Never run into that one but I know to remove the wheel studs you will need a press.

Do it like vince j says. Be sure to keep the wheel bearings clean.
