I'm 14 and 121 lbs. but i want to be thinner, how can i lose wait without going anorexic or balimic or outside in the 110 degree sun?

you probably cant lose 15 pounds in one week, that would be rediculously unhealthy.but what you can do is diet and exercise. cut back on calories and do a 40 minute cardio a day.after the cardio do

100 regular crunches
100 crunches on your right side
100 crunches on your left side
100 crunches with your legs out in front of you
100 regular crunches again

and if you want to work on the back side too

lay on your stomach, have someone support your feet or secure them underneath something then put your hands behind your head the way you would to do crunches. lift your head so your back is arches. do about 4 reps of 25

yes, its hard work, but thats the only healthy way to do it

Nothing short of starvation will take 15 pounds off, and it is guaranteed you will gain it all back plus more. Losing any more than 2 pounds per week will trigger your body to start storing fat from anything you eat. Please re-consider losing this much weight before you cause harm to your body. A sensible diet, with 6 or more small meals a day, plus water will give you the results you seek, but you need to be realistic and set your goal for 2 months from now.

How tall are you? Why do you need to be any thinner? You can't lose 15 pounds in a week. That's talking crazy. Start eating right and exercising, be healthy. Rapid weight loss is very dangerous. Looking healthy and buff is much more attractive than bone skinny and sunken in and pale cuz you're not getting any nutrients.

You can't without vomiting everything you eat, spitting for three hours a day, taking laxitives and diuretics. Why? if you did, you would not look any different, maybe just sicker. One gallon of water weighs eight pounds so you could dehydrate yourself and still only lose half of the weight...and maybe die. You can not lose 15 pounds in one week. Don't be a fool. I am sure you are beautiful.

You aren't going to want to hear this, but 15lbs in one week can make you really sick.
Because you are young a more realistic goal of 4-7lbs is better. And it gives you results that will stick.
Your best bet is eating better, being 14 its hard to do the shopping, but help out with dinner, avoid fried, and fatty foods, ditch that soda for skim milk or tea (not over suguard)
You want to exercise but beat the heat, try setting up in your room, get up half an hour to an hour earlier in the morning, to exercise, curnches, jumping jacks, jog, and it gives you time to cool off.
Eating right is important, if you skip meals your body is going to retian more fats from more foods when you do it, and ends up being counter productive. (If you need help on knowing why not to skip meals, think about this Sumo wrestlers skip two meals and then have a large meal to bulk up, not slim down)
Remember that sleep is just as important as eating right, a lack of sleep makes your body retain more food for energy, and kills the luster of well rest.
Now's a great time to train yourself to take care of your body, because in the end it will take care of you.

I don't see how you could lose 15 lb. in one week without doing something that would endanger your health. 15 in 6 weeks is a much more viable goal for a female your age.

Just eat less fatty foods, engage in 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise daily, and don't eat meals after 8:00 p.m.

There is no safe way for you to lose that much weight in that short a time, period. Losing that much weight in that short a time means a) you're starving, b) your muscles are falling apart from exercising, or c) you are seriously ill.

15 lbs in one week is not a reasonable number for almost anyone.

aint gonna happen babe. but, start working out, BUILD MUSCLE. even if u weigh the same, muscle looks really hott, at least better than fat. and lower sodium intake (not too low) drink plent of water (not too much) and just stay way from fried foods. the main thing is to be in shape, work out for at least 30 minutes 4-5 times a week.

hold on your 14 and your worried about your weight!!!! wow when i was that age i just didnt care... but hey that was me first off i dont know you told you or why you would wanna lose weight i mean your at a good level of weight so you have nothing to worry about it's people like me who got to worry about weight i dont care i weigh 178 and im 5'4 and i dont care casue my husband loves me for me but the answer to your question 15 pounds in one week ooooo good luck with that make a miracle and when you do lose it tell me what you did so i can do it lol..... good luck
