By -(x=1)=2(3x-1), do you mean -(x-1)=2(3x-1)? If so, then here are your steps:

Simplify
-x+1=6x-2
Isolate the variable, by adding/subtracting the x-variable out on one side, and the integer on the other.
-x+(x)+1+(2) = 6x+(x)-2+(2)
3 = 7x
x = 3/7

Second problem:
3(x-2)= 5(4+x)
Simplify
3x-6 = 20+5x
Isolate the variable
3x-(3x)-6-(20) = 20-(20)+5x-(3x)
-26 = 2x
x = -13

-(x+1)=2(3x-1)
-x-1= 6x -2
-x-6x = -2 +1
-7x = -1
x = 1/7

3(x-2)= 5(4+x)
3x-6 = 20 +5x
3x-5x= 20+6
-2x = 26
x = -13

3(x-2)=5(4+x)
3x-6=20+5x
-2x=26
x=-13

3(x-2)=5(4+x)
3x-6=20+5x
3x=26+5x
-2x=26

I hope that's right.
