Does anyone in the legal community know who or what the swaaa is?

my boyfriend in Hemet California was arrested and charges were filed by someone or something called the SWAAA can anyone tell me who the hell these people are so I can help my boyfriend be released

An arrest means criminal charges. In the US, ONLY the government can press criminal charges. Whoever SWAAA is, they may have filed a complaint, but only the DA can press charges. The only SWAAA I could find is Southwest Asthma and Allergy Associates.
