I don't have an agenda and when I do have an agenda it is usually short lived.
I do what has to be done and moved on.
I also use people whenever possible to speed up things and get them done faster.
I was trained to budget my time effectively and it works. I am effective. Very effective.
If you are asking me if I willing to change or if I can change on a dime, usually I can. I am used to people telling me one thing and then telling me another. I adapt , I overcome, I conquer.

That depends, I stick to my long term goals pretty well, all except financial matters because I cannot say no to my husband or children, though I am learning. In other aspects I must have a list. I am so busy that if I do not write down and itemize what I have to do, it may not get done, it may slip through the cracks of my mind until it is too late. If however, I write it down, it will get done, and precisely when I mean it to, unless external forces prevent it. And now, I am off to stick to the last 3 tasks on today's agenda.

I believe the correct term is "anal". I know it is a slam toward myself, but, I'm a planner. Each agenda has a certain amount of steps. If you skip a step you miss your agenda. If you know what I mean, then you know the horror I go through when I am coupled with a "fly by the seat of their pants" kind of person. The agenda to them is flexible. The agenda to me is "finest china"! Brittle, valuable, a work of art, and guarded.

Very. I don't let anything get in my way except an out-an-out emergency. I stay on schedule and I fulfill my tasks or I stick with them until they're done, even if I'm up until 2 am. You don't get anywhere by running your life like a drunken driver.
