I was sick two days in a row for volleyball practice out of four, (I can't help it if I'm sick) and the volleyball coach (my aunt) is making me on the B team!!! What would you do? Quit? lol i don't want to

Just going to have to work you way back up to the "A" team. Glad to see she isn't playing favorites just because she's your Aunt.

Don't quit, do the absolute best you can all year, and make her regret her decision.
If she doesn't move you at least she'll put you on varsity next year.
