How about "Eight point zero five five two" ? :-)

By the way, starting at the decimal point going right, it goes:
10ths
100th
1,000th
10,000th
...and so on...
so if something (like this number) had digits 4 digits, it would be all the numbers to the right of the decimal over 10,000.
