i have so much stuff when ever i type somethin i get some much stuff ca i erase not the adrress bar the google bar

YES ... go to the menu bar click on View click on toolbars then unclick google and click apply it will be gone. If you want to fully remove it goto add/remove programs, and then uninstall it

Google Toolbar has a Clear History at the bottom of the list.
You might want to use Ccleaner too.

No, you have to eat it, but it's fattening. Actually you just go under control panel and Add remove programs.
