You shouldn't over exert yourself too much...cause it's not good for you or baby...

But most importantly...where are you getting this energy to do this "heavy work"???

Go sit on the couch...rest while you can.

Lol
Congratulations!

***On a side note...I used to do gardening and yard work and house cleaning when I was pregnant...I don't know if that qualifies as "hard work" ...but I did lift stuff that was more than 20 pounds (in fact we packed and moved our whole house while pregnant) and I was ok. If your doc says you're ok, and moreimportantly, if you FEEL ok...you can work a little, don't over do it...but you don't have to be "Polly Princess can't lift a finger" either! LOL

each and every guy or woman and each being pregnant is different whilst i became pregnant i became extremely under pressure I honestly have high blood pressure and a protracted crimson easy could set me off you in basic terms could desire to nicely known whilst to breath bear in mind they are going to pass abode quickly. as to the lifting i worked in an autobody save the 1st 4 months the place i could raise 60 -one hundred lbs it didnt harm me yet i became lifting that or greater for 4 years so it became no longer a rigidity. as long as that is a weight you experience gentle with. if lifting them until now became way hard then dont raise yet whilst it became no huge deal b4 then it is going to be ok for a lil whilst. after approximately 3-4 months i think of 25-30 lbs must be the decrease now remeber im basically a mom no longer a physician and all persons and pregnancys are different

Heavy work like lifting?? NO!!

Check with your doctor to see if the kind of heavy work you're referring to is allowed.

Definately check with your doctor. I would say no. You're most likely to have a miscarriage in the first trimester, so be careful and good luck sweetie!

I am 35 weeks pregnant, and I am still working on crew as a emt. I pick on stretchers with patients on them and everything. My doctor always told me just to watch myself, and make sure I protect myself. But he had no problem with me still working. Your doctor will let you know what will he thinks you should limit yourself to.
