Yes, at times we become emotionally exhausted or overwhelmed, it's OK, it will pass. Don't you feel better after a good cry?

yes I've had that many times. It's your body's way of dealing with the stress and from the sounds of it you have a lot to deal with. Your body can only handle so much stress before it starts finding ways for an outlet... some people cry, others sleep, or yell, or lash out physically.
Sometimes it's best to face it head on and exercise to get rid of it.... a jog or speed walk when you feel things getting overwhelming can do a lot for you and then you won't feel like you have to cry.
Also find someone to talk to about your problems works wonders!

Sometimes the need to cry is hormone based as well... which is why women get all emotional once a month and lash out in the ways described above. It's also common for teens to have this problem whether male or female because their hormones are trying to find a balance with the growing the body does during this time.

I do all the time, its just I have so many stresses going on in my life right now I guess my mind and body are getting a bit overwhelmed when trying to deal with it all. My stomach ties up in knots all the time full of anxiety and it just builds and builds until I finally break down and cry and its not just from one thing its everything and its nothing at the same time (I know that sounds crazy) but if you could step into my shoes you'd understand exactly how I feel. My advice to you is have a good cry, you are going to need that release because although some situations and stresses in your life are beyond your control, the way you cope with it is entirely within your reach.

I definitely do. Most often when I'm stressed or slightly depressed because of major issues happening in my life. Going through one right now! I think it's a completely normal thing but I do feel that sometimes the only good way to just shove the feelings aside and continue on is to let it out by crying. Then, all better for a while.

No I always know why I want to cry. In fact all you people who say you do not know want to cry are just being a little bit cowardly. You just don't want to face the reality of what you are crying about. It could be several different things at once. Just because you can pin it down to one thing does not mean you do not know what you are crying about. And if you truly are crying for no reason. I think it is far past the time to get yourself a good therapist and start talking to them cause you have some serious issues.

I have been like this for the past week. I have been literally sobbing. I don't know why. I think it's because of a lot of anxiety. I too have a lot going on in my life right now. I have learned that I do not do well with change.
When someone has anxiety, they cry and get anxious and they don't know why. It all seems irrational. I am pretty sure I have GAD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Look it up. It answered a lot of my questions. Maybe it can help you too. Good luck.

Ok well, if a doctor were to be present here, she/he would indicate that these are signs of depression. However when your life goes back to normal you would start being yourself and except how, why, what life is. In meanwhile whenever you feel upset or so go outside have freshair or exercise or better yet if you have a dog take him/her for a walk. Try to read a book if you don't feel like going out at all. When you feel like crying (sometimes it's ok). We human do need space of our own to think about our lives. Whenever you feel down just try to surround yourself with people.
Hope it helps! IT IS LIFE AND NO ONE SAID LIFE IS REALLY GOING TO BE FAIR AND EASY! Just try to relax as much as you can.

Yeah... I don't cry on the spot though. Sometimes when I can't go to sleep, I end up thinking about sour things in my life and I just cry. It's okay though, I feel way better after crying.

Love your -self is the key to everything it opens the doors to all possibility.

Yes, I know what you mean. I feel the same way. There's a lot going on here too. Just hang in there and when you feel like crying... smile instead. That's what I try to do.

this sounds like depression or anxiety. you have alot going on and obviously are having trouble making sense of everything coming at you. Try doing something that makes you feel good like taking a walk or reading. If it doesnt go away, talk to someone. I went through some very hard times and it felt so much better to talk to someone and just let it all out. trust me! its okay to cry! =)
