Azhanique has sentimental value, so I don't want to change it. My boyfriend and I had a friend named Azhanique that died in a fatal car accident, so we made it our first girl's middle name.

Mariah is beautiful, I would probably nickname her Ryah.
Chanel is very pretty, also. I like the nickname Shah.
Danica is just as gorgeous, what about Neeka as a nickname?
Noelle is great, too. I love No-No or Ellie as a nickname.

I like Danica the best. Chanel and Mariah might come off as a little ghetto or snobby. I like Noley as a nickname for Noelle.

I love all your names! My least favorite is Chanel only because folks will either spell or pronounce it wrong. Alternatives: Cordelia, Nila (my Mom's friend has this name), Naomi.
As far as nick names..I hate the Mo.. Just call her Mariah or Mare.
Nelly is fine.
Dani is fine
Noey is cute. ;)

I don;t really like Mariah...but I LOVE Danica and like Chanel, but people may tease her for sounding like a perfume company, lol. Noelle is ok....it just reminds me of Chrsitmas 24/7 and becomes annoying after a bit.
I LOVE the middle name!

i understand wanting to honor and remember your friend but what was their middle name or nick name or last name?isn't there another choice because that is a awful name! sorry!!! if not- of these i like either Danica or Noelle but no nick name for Noelle it sounds fine as is.good luck.

Sounds like you're married to Azhanique....so we won't touch that.
I love Noelle and Mariah. I have a friend name Mariah and they call her Mi-Mi. I also have a friend whose daughter's name is Mariah, and they call her Ryah for short.
How about Mariah Jolet Bailey?
Jolet means "pretty" in French.

Is Bailey your last name? If not I'd drop it. The only name I like is Noelle but the rest strike me as "stuck up ghetto kid" names. Sorry! How about.........
