But seriously, while I know that most guys want a bigger tool, the truth is that once you get past a certain size, very few women can accomodate it without severe discomfort and even pain. Whether or not it can be surgically shortened, I don't know. I've never heard of such a procedure, but I am not a doctor. Y'all need to talk to a doctor, either a urologist or a cosmetic surgeon. Of course it is woman these days like men who are a less 8-10 inches think about it like this a woman pushes a huge baby out of there and average guys like you can even begin to fill the void that is left behind by that yeah it heals up but it was still stretch out it will never be that same, but what ever you do don't take any of those damn pills i knew a guy that did that and now he can't even get a hard on. Tell your friend that a man that knows how to use his tongue is like a god sent to females says that guy with two tongue rings.

Why is it that guys put a forefinger & a thumb 3 inches apart & tell women it's 6 inches?
