Well I have tried to ask this question a couple of times with few responses so I'll try again! My husband and I had sex without a condom on for atleast the first 15 minutes of sex and pulled out about 20 seconds before he went. I know there is the risk of pre-ejaculatory fluid with this scenario. Secondly, although he didnt complete inside me, about 3 other times semen was on my vulva and he placed his fingers inside me which would have moved the semen further in. I know this is a bit 'too much info' but I'm asking because I'm curious if this seems like it could lead to pregnancy and what your thoughts are.

Yes, this could easily lead to pregnancy if you don't use any other methods of birth control besides luck.

Any time you have intercourse with out any form of birth control you could become pregnant. This question gets asked so often I am surprised you haven't read it before.
Unprotected sex=baby more times than not. What is the point of pulling out. Really. You are married, not using precautions so pregnancy must be an OK if it happens kind of thing. May as well just relax and enjoy. lol

yes it is very possible for you to get pregnant, and if your married why should that be a problem and if it is a problem then maybe your husband should always wear a condom no matter what!! and maybe you should also be on some sort of birth control.

the fact is , that every time you have sex without a condom or birth controll, the odds are always possible of pregnancy

this causes pregnancy the pull out method is one of the easiest ways to conceive

Yes you can get pregant doing it that way. It happens alot more then you think.

if you want to get pregnant just tell your husband to finish in you, and if you dont want to get pregnant get on birth control use your common sense, and if you arent getting alot of answers its because its a dumb question. You asked for my thoughts, you got them
